The BIOSTARS project is launching the first session of its training programme focused on “Business Model Design & Financial Strategy”, a practical workshop aimed at supporting innovators, startups and entrepreneurial teams in transforming ideas into financially viable ventures.
The session will guide participants through the development of market-driven business models, helping them define value propositions, realistic financial plans and sustainable growth strategies. The training combines practical tools and entrepreneurial methodologies designed to strengthen innovation implementation and long-term sustainability.
This thematic area is addressed to ventures across both early and mature stages and will provide participants with practical insights into business model development and financial planning within the bioeconomy ecosystem.
