Today we held the first consortium meeting of the BIOSTARS project in Thessaloniki (Greece), hosted by our partner CERTH – Centre for Research & Technology Hellas.
This marks the start of an exciting journey to foster circular bioeconomy startup villages across rural Mediterranean areas — empowering communities, boosting innovation, and creating sustainable economic opportunities.
BIOSTARS is co-funded by the Interreg Euro-MED Programme and brings together 9 partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, and Spain.
During this first meeting, we set the groundwork for collaboration, strategic planning, and knowledge exchange to deliver meaningful impact in rural ecosystems.
